Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt and will only be shipped once payment has cleared.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed, however, HHBA will endeavour to post your items as soon as possible. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, HHBA will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
Damages
HHBA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
HHBA do not currently ship outside of Australia.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
HHBA has provided detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order if required. HHBA reserves the right to refuse returns for whatever reason where appropriate and is not responsible for items misplaced during shipping in either direction.
