Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at www.hhba.com.au. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy explains the terms and conditions of returns, refunds & exchanges of Hunter Horseboxes Australia’s (HHBA) merchandise/clothing only.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if it is due to manufacturer fault or is the incorrect size. HHBA will not accept items returned due to change of mind or customer damage.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging with all labels attached and proof of purchase and a reason for return must be provided.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, HHBA will notify you on the status of your refund after the item has been inspected.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your nominated card or bank account.You will receive the credit within the timeframe of your card/account issuer's policies.

If your return is not accepted, HHBA will notify you of their decision via email. You are entitled to the item being returned to you, however, you will be liable for shipping costs for this request.

Exchanges

Hunter Horseboxes will gladly exchange any item that is required in an alternative size provided all information relating to Returns (above) are met.

It is your responsibility to cover the cost of return postage and additional postage for the exchange item to be shipped to you.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
